The past while has really tired us out.
Just over a week ago we were able to head down to Moroni and see all of the family down there. We had a lot of fun and David especially enjoyed getting to know Mariah, his cousin closest to his age on the Cook side. She sure is cute!
Scott has been busy starting his new job doing research at Utah State University. Specifically he is researching practices in epoxy staking of fasteners for space flight applications and looks forward to beginning to do experiments to further the research. As always Scott efforts always pale in comparison with Sue Ann's who is continually taking care of both David and Scott. David has been the busiest of us all. Just this week he learned to sit up without any assistance from his parents!
What is more is that in no time he left sitting next to a pillow and went straight to sitting up in a chair.
With all this hard work he decided to take some time off and swam a few laps to relieve some stress. (Actually we think the swimming experience was quite stressful for him, he hardly moved a muscle the entire time he was in the water.)

I am here with Eva and Lauryn and they think he is pretty cute sitting all by himself. Hope he learns to like to go swimming as we love to go swimming in warm places. Ha Ha some day we all will go. Love to see those pictures keep it up. Love Grandma and the cousins
