Our little angels

Pajama party...
I've decided that going to the park isn't very healthy for my heart, David scares me with every new stunt he tries.

4 weeks old

Sometimes it's hard being a baby, especially when you can't blow your own nose. I was taking pictures of Lydia and she just happened to sneeze, I couldn't resist taking a picture. Most of these pictures are pretty random and I thought about saving some for another blog later on. However, David and Lydia are growing and changing so quickly that we will always have more pictures to post.
David likes to hold Lydia and will be very excited when she can play catch with him.

We are trying to help David label emotions, the above picture is "happy" the below is "sad"
He prefers being happy..

Growing Up Fast

Our first adventure out of the house since bringing Lydia home was a short walk to the park. We still haven't upgraded yet but since there is plenty of room in this stroller we thought they might like to share. It only lasted long enough to take a picture. This big adventure wore everyone out and we were all ready for a nap.
Bedtime: I love little kids in pajamas..
Sunday morning: Here's our little future missionary, first he needs to learn to go to nursery..
David likes to try to be just like dad..

David and Lydia

David is being a great big brother, he's always willing to share his stuff (this means he throws it in Lydia's bed), his blanket, toy cars, the cell phone, his sippy cup, and he even tried to comb her hair today with a pick before I got to him. He is great at giving hugs and kisses.. (especially when he just took a bite of a PB sandwich)
These next pictures remind me of the song, "Anything you can do I can do better". David has had fun experimenting with all the baby equipment.

No, Lydia is not still in the bed..
This chair he climbed in himself and tried to put up the toy bar. We have since put this one back in the closet, I don't dare leave Lydia in it. This was the first day I was home by myself and the first time I had both kids asleep at the same time. (We have all since moved back to our respective bedrooms). It's funny what things are considered a great triumph when you're a mom.
Thanks everyone for your prayers, phone calls, and comments the last two weeks. We have really appreciated them!
