We haven't taken very many pictures this month, mainly because we haven't really done anything too exciting besides brave the cold. We've tried to entertain ourselves indoors and we've all been grateful for the new toys from Christmas. David gave Lydia some hair sponge rollers for Christmas, this picture is of how her hair turned out. Unfortunately all the curls were gone in the morning before church even started.Here are a couple of my projects over the last month and a half. Oven mitts and aprons for the kids:

I think I'm driving Scott crazy because I keep rearranging everything. Somehow I think that if I move stuff around we'll have more space but really I'm just moving stuff around!

birthday

It's been a couple of weeks since we celebrated but I wanted to blog about David's 4th birthday. He's been planning it since Lydia's birthday last August. He wanted a T-Rex cake and a big big big big big...birthday party. Some of his friends were still gone for the Christmas break but we had all the kids our house can handle. We also had a special visit from Grandma and Grandpa Cook for the party.

Birthday parties are great when your dad is a magician!!
